We present our Mini Shifter. It fits the BMW E30.
Made of PA6 aluminum with the use of CNC machines, with attention to dimensional repeatability and the obtained surface. The entire structure is protected against oxidation by the cataphoresis process. It is a varnish coat applied using the phenomenon of electrophoresis.
The stroke of the jack is korte and reliable, additionally it can be adjusted using the bottom link.
The lever works on a spherical bearing, and the selector is connected to the Shifter via a bronze bushing.
No modification to the body is required.
The assembly of the unit is very simple, but requires safe lifting of the vehicle, details can be found in the instructions attached to the Shifter.
Due to the use of aluminum, the weight fluctuates around 1.5 kg.
2 types of knobs available: black ball or black oblong ball.
