Volvo Penta D1-30 Aftermarket Heat exchanger gasket & seal kit includes:
- x1 Head to exchanger gasket
- x1 Exhaust outlet gasket
- x2 Thermostat seals
- x4 Tubestack ‘O’ rings
The ‘outlet and manifold’ gaskets are manufactured from a compressed fibre gasket material composed of aramid, glass & carbon fibres with a high nitrile rubberen binder. This material has excellent sealing properties and is suitable for sealing both water, and exhaust gases. We have chosen this material specially to reduce the possibility of galvanic corrosion associated with the original manufacturer’s steel gasket.
